Im going ccrazy...

I dont know what going on with this computer. Its soooooooooooooo slow. Im trying to get pictures on but its taking me forever just to get this on... why am I not good at this computer stuff?? Hope fully I can get some pics on tonight. Keep your fingers crossed!!!
