Last teeball game...and ONE PROUD MOMMA!!!

Finally some pictures :) Derek's last tee ball game was too much fun. Those boys were WILD that night. But it was sooo much fun. I can't wait to watch him play again in the spring. He did a great job and has been practicing.
At their bowling party they had lots of fun too. They all got the cutest trophies..too bad my camera doesn't work and I can't show you a picture.

Now for my proudest moment!!!

Last night I had to go meet with Derek's teacher. Cerah and I went. Derek went with Larry. When we got there we went tot he book fair to get some new books for Derek. Most will be Christmas gifts but I got one for him and Cerah to have now. It was time to go talk to his teacher. I tell you I was very nervous. I guess I was scared of what she was gonna tell me...he wasn't being have, he didn't get along with the other kids..etc. She says he's a very smart little boy. He loves all his friends in the class and everyone always wants to be around him. Me just smiling :) Then it was time for test scores..a few weeks ago they had PALS testing. I was VERY nervous about this... his first test...what if he failed??? BUT this kid is great!!

Out of a test where 102 was the highest you could possibly score..... and you only need a 28 to pass ( at this point in kindergarten) Derek scored a 84!!!

How proud of my little man am I. One section the didn't even need to know what it was and he he did VERY well...there was a total of 22 he needed a 4 to pass..he got a 17!! It was a reading and recognizing words...

OK I know know.... I'm just proud of my little man.

Today we going to have lunch with Larry because Derek doesn't have school. So we're getting ready to roll on out. Hope you all have a great weekend. Ours is gonna be a BUSY one. 2 birthday parties...Derek wants to have movie night tonight since I think the football games have been cancelled because of the rain..... Larry is going to JMU to watch a practice with the other coaches.... AND SO IT BEGINS!!!!!!!!!!
