I am sooo ticked off right now!!! Today the kids and I went to lunch with Larry. After lunch went to Wal-Mart to get some snacks because we're going to have a movie night in. Since all the football games are cancelled due to all the rain the past few days. Anywho.. I was getting some milk and Derek asked:
"Mom can I please have some chocolate milk."
I think great he's asking for something nicely instead of demanding and screaming...as I reach to get the milk this man says:
"You're not gonna get him that just because he asked for it."
WHAT!!!!
I looked at him and said "EXCUSE ME!!"
He then looked at me and said:
"Kids get too much just handed to them theses days"
DUDE...IT'S CHOCOLATE MILK NOT A FREAKIN ESCALADE!!!!!!!!!!!
And did he not hear him ask politely for the milk??
Mind your own business!!!!!
OK I'm done with my rant....

Can we say, "Mind your own flippin business?!?!" I'm not sure what I would have said - maybe something like - quit eavesdropping you stupid man!! :) (can you tell I've had a stressful day??!?!)
That reminds me of the time I worked at a resturant, and a child asked for chocolate milk and the mother told him no, get something better like Mountain Dew. It took me 10 mins to pick my jaw up off the floor.
And I so would have told that guy to shut up!

The milk man said this? WHo the heck died and lefthim keeper of the "who should get what". Some people. ugh.
Something like that happened to Bryant and I recently too. This lady tapped me on the shoulder and said "Boy , he has you wrapped around his fingers." You know what Bryant was asking for, a small purse sized kleenex to keep in the car! OMG... I wonder what she would have thought if she saw the $50.00 hot-wheels toy I had in the bottom of my basket :)
Wow, I hope he doesn't have kids.
