Friday night we went down into our little town for Mayfest, it's like a small festival with food and craft vendors. The kids had fun eating their funnel cake. I have pictures but I'll post them later.
Friday Amy and I also spent the WHOLE day baking... for our little bake sale.
Saturday Lora and I sat at our bake sale. We made about $65. Not too bad. The proceeds will go to our Relay team.
Saturday Larry, Cerah and I also went to another festival in the neighboring town. It was ALL about wine. Dude I wish I had a taste for wine. It was an ALL day thing. I then went back to "man" the tent for Relay. I saw people who had been there all day STILL drinking. But hey, they were having a good time:)

Derek's little friend from school is coming over today. He's so excited!!
He only has 14 days of school left. I can't believe kindergarten is already over!!!
We're also planning a mini vacation in July. I can't wait. The kids are so excited to be going to the beach. Well , we'll see when her highness actually sees the water. She freaked out at Lake Michigan and there were no waves there.

What? No mini-vacation to Kentucky again this year? ;) (ok - so we aren't coming to Virginia either) I also wish I had a taste for wine. I'm doing better, and have expanded my palate a little bit.
After today, we have 7 school days left! I'm stoked, even though I have to work an extra 10. I finish up June 10th, so I still have a good bit of the summer off...I'm not complaining!!!
